First time I had Mr. Cool Air Conditioning for a service. Mr. Walter came in for a free estimate and I decided to move on and replace my furnace with him. Mr. Walter scheduled the replacement on a Saturday, they arrived at 8am and about 12pm they were done. Very professional, they used a carpet protector all the way from the entrance door to the attic and did not mess up with my floor and carpet. He gave me a price up front with no surprises. During the installation he mentioned that the return air box was not required and gave me a discount for not using it, this was a very honest move and I really appreciated it. I really recommend Mr. Cool Air Conditioning.
We have had a great experience using Mr. Cool A/C. Walter and his team did a great job installing a quality unit at the beginning of the summer, promptly and at a great price. And he has been been extremely helpful with any warranty service since then. When a factory part was faulty, he was there within hours to replace and correct the issue. He was recommended to us from multiple friends and family, and we will surely do the same.
Jose was amazing. He came on a Saturday and fixed our AC right before my wife had her party. The house felt great. Jose didn't give up on us. Even on a weekend. He left found the part and came back and fixed the issue. Thank you Mr. Cool and Jose. You rock
Outstanding !! They quoted what I asked for & didn’t try to sell me additional services. They went above and beyond the scope of work. Myself and my home were treated with kindness and respect. AND during the summer when it was blazing hot, they responded to a late afternoon request for service and repaired my A/C the same day. Lifetime customer here !!
I submitted a warranty request 5 weeks ago for a defective board. After numerous phone calls and email exchanges I still have no replacement board. Tiffany (customer support) keeps giving me excuses. In all my life I have never had such poor customer service.
The HVAC units may look brite and shinny with a good price, but they are only as good as their warranty. Ken in South Texas
Mr. Cool is definitely the best AC company in town! Their price is the most reasonable and their services are top notch. They are on time, very thorough, and will make sure everything works fine until they leave your house. They are honest and stands behind their works. I can't say enough good things about them.
originally called for a duct cleaning and Jose Luis came for the estimate. They were really informative and professional so I decided to go through with it. I actually added some additional maintenance for our AC unit since the pricing was very reasonable. They were never pushy and they seemed very reliable. I will definitely be using them again for future AC unit service/maintenance.
Mr Cool is of excellence! We had previously had a service call and been given a very reasonable quote. When we were ready to have our A/C installed, we called Mr Cool around noon, Jose came over with a crew of 3 and they were finished within 3 hours! Our house is cool, the unit is very quiet, and we slept like logs! I highly recommend Mr Cool - They are the best!!!!!!
